Construction of evaluation index system for digital management of healthy cells in Zhejiang Province
目的 构建浙江省健康细胞数字化管理评价指标体系.方法 采用文献研究法和专题小组讨论法设计浙江省健康细胞数字化管理评价指标框架,使用德尔菲专家咨询法和综合指数法初步构建评价指标体系并筛选指标,使用秩和比法确定指标权重.结果 两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100％;第一轮和第二轮协调系数分别为0.195和0.297,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).第一轮和第二轮权威系数分别为0.925和0.915,各级指标权威系数均在0.87～0.95之间.最终构建的…查看全部>>
