浙江省健康细胞数字化管理评价指标体系构建
Construction of evaluation index system for digital management of healthy cells in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for digital management of healthy cells in Zhejiang Province.Methods The literature research method and the focus group discussion method were used to design the evaluation index framework for the digital management of healthy cells in Zhejiang Province.The Del-phi expert consultation method and the comprehensive index method were used to initially construct the evaluation index system and select the indicators.The rank sum ratio method was used to determine the index weight.Re-sults The positive coefficients of consultation experts in both rounds were 100％;the coordination coefficients in the first and second rounds were 0.195 and 0.297 respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The authority coefficients of the first and second rounds were 0.925 and 0.915 respectively,and the au-thority coefficients of indicators at all levels were between 0.87 and 0.95.The final evaluation index system for healthy cell digital management in Zhejiang Province included 6 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Conclusions Healthy cell digital management is evaluated from six dimensions:or-ganizational management,healthy environment,health security,health services,health promotion and health out-comes.The construction process of the indicator system is scientific,and the experts'representativeness,enthusi-asm,authority and coordination are all good.Research will help improve the efficiency of healthy cell construction and operation,and promote the goal of efficiently building healthy cities and healthy villages and towns proposed in the Healthy China 2030 Initiative.关键词
