基于政府视角的公立医院发展医养结合的对策
Strategies for the development of integrated medical and elderly care in public hospitals from government perspective
摘要
Abstract
The implementation of integrated medical and elderly care in public hospitals is an important way to achieve the integrated elderly care and medical services for the elderly population.This article summarizes three models of integrated medical and elderly care services in public hospitals of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Re-gion,analyzes and explains the difficulties in practice,including unreasonable management system,lack of hierar-chical diagnosis and treatment system,insufficient professional personnel,and single source of financing.Based on the government's perspective the article then proposes measures such as improving management system,clarif-ying rights and responsibilities,accelerating the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system for ger-iatric diseases and talent training mechanisms,strengthening investment mechanism guarantees,and achieving va-rious sources of financing.关键词
