Abstract
The trend of aging population has become one of the most severe social problems in the world.With the increase of the elderly population,the traditional institutional elderly care model that separates medical care and elderly care cannot meet the needs of the elderly group.Therefore,Yinzhou District of Ningbo City,where the author is living,has further improved and expanded its elderly care service system,cultivated social medical and elderly care integration institutions and integrated online and offline methods.Fully utilizing digital means,we have explored an effective way to integrate medical care and elderly care with"smart elderly care"as the starting point,which has driven the transformation of grassroots healthcare institutions,established a bench-mark for social medical care and elderly care integration institutions,and constructed a long-term mechanism for ensuring medical care and elderly care integration.We have achieved positive results in improving service supply,efficiency,and satisfaction,providing visible,tangible,and experiential medical care and elderly care integration services for the elderly in our jurisdiction.关键词
