DRG付费模式下医院耗材精细化管理的研究
Refined management of hospital consumables under DRG payment model:Taking intelligent surgical kit as an example

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of DRGs intelligent surgical kits on hospital consumable expenses and medical management.Methods Taking major surgery of esophagus,stomach and duodenum as an example,the independent sample t test was used to analyze the basic situation of the two stages of the sample hos-pital,DRGs intelligent surgical kits non-application period(August 2021-July 2022)and DRGs intelligent surgi-cal package application period(August 2022-July 2023),and then the interrupted time series was used to analyze the changes of each indicator in the two stages.Results The independent sample t test analysis results indicated a decrease in the total cost of hospitalization,consumable cost,operation time,and average length of hospital stay during the surgical kits application period(P＜0.05).Interrupted time series analysis results revealed a signifi-cant decrease in per capita consumable cost and total cost of hospitalization(P＜0.01).Conclusions The appli-cation of DRGs intelligent surgical kit standardizes clinical pathways to a certain extent,improves the efficiency and quality of medical services,reduces consumable costs and hospital costs,shorten the time spent on consuma-ble management by circulating nurses,and achieves refined management of consumables in the operating room.It provides clinical data support for the economic analysis and evaluation of medical consumables and meanwhile pro-vides reference for other large hospitals to achieve refined management of surgical consumables and cost control of consumables under the DRG policy.关键词
