学习型组织建设对疾控人员慢性病防控能力的影响研究
An empirical study on the impact of learning organization construction on the chronic disease control ability of CDC personnel

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of learning organization construction on the chronic dis-ease prevention and control ability of CDC staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among CDC staff at all levels in provinces of Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and pro-pensity score matching method(PSM)was used for data analysis.Results 61.8％of the respondents reported that their CDC institutions had not carried out learning organization construction.PSM analysis results showed that learning organization construction had a positive effect on the chronic disease prevention and control ability of CDC staff at a significant level of 1％(P＜0.01).Conclusions Learning organization construction can effectively im-prove the chronic disease prevention and control ability of CDC staff,but the learning organization construction of CDC institutions at all levels still needs to be strengthened.It is suggested that learning organization construction be incorporated into the strategic planning and business development of CDC institutions,and a long-term mecha-nism be formed for the construction.Additionally,the post training and continuing education of CDC staff should be strengthened.关键词
