上海浦东新区农民合作社发展现状与对策
Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Development of Farmers'Specialized Cooperatives in Shanghai Pudong New Area

Abstract
Farmers'professional cooperatives,as a new type of agricultural management main body,play an important role in the development of China's agricultural and rural modernization.As a pilot area for the whole region to promote the quality of national farmers'cooperatives,Shanghai Pudong New Area has been promoted in an orderly manner in the context of the national efforts to promote the high-quality development of farmers'cooperatives.But a series of bottlenecks have been encountered in the process of development,such as unsubscribing,low scale,lack of brand influence,instability of staff,the imperfect benefit distribution linkage mechanism and so on.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the high-quality development of farmers'cooperatives in Pudong New Area in the light of the problems,including strengthening targeted service guidance and support,increasing the scale of cooperatives,introducing blockchain to build cooperative brand,strengthening the professional manpower,improving the linkage mechanism for profit distribution among cooperatives,and to provide a strong support for the realization of the modernization of the agricultural and rural areas in Pudong New Area.关键词
