Docking Mode of Information,Technology and Talents with Farmers in Shanxi's Characteristic Planting and Breeding Industry under Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract
The development of characteristic industries is an important component of the rural revitalization strategy and one of the main ways to promote the development of rural economy.Under the background of rural revitalization,taking the typical counties and townships of characteristic planting and breeding industry as the research object in Shanxi,the docking mode of information,technology and talents with farmers in Shanxi's characteristic planting and breeding industry was analyzed,and the promotion and application of the typical docking mode of characteristic planting and breeding industry was discussed.The results showed that there are three main constraints in the docking process of information,technology and talents with farmers in Shanxi's characteristic planting and breeding industry,namely,the low practicability of new technologies and new products,the shortage of practical technical talents in agriculture and animal husbandry,and the backward agricultural production technology.At the same time,in the process of docking,it has gradually formed a"one-stop"type,"association leading,farmers participating"type,"integration of politics and technology"type,"government leading"type,"CPPCC double synthesis"type.Finally,it was concluded that in the process of promoting and applying these models,we should follow certain principles,pay attention to training practical talents with both theory and practice,and adapt to local conditions and needs.关键词
