Development of the High-quality Tender Fruit Pepper Industry:the Case of Zhangshugang Chili

Abstract
Zhangshugang Chili has a cultivation history of over 200 years,this paper introduces the origins of'Zhangshugang Chili'tender fruits,discusses the mechanisms that contribute to its superior taste qualities,the current status of the industry,and the challenges it encountered.To address these challenges,efforts have been directed towards cultivating new varieties of tender fruit pepper that can meet diverse market demands,along with developing techniques for high-yield cultivation of tender fruit peppers.These new varieties have been widely promoted and adopted across various regions,realizing a year-round supply of tender fruit peppers.As a result,'Zhangshugang Chili'has been elevated from a local brand to be nationally renowned,marking a significant transition from a regional variety of tender pepper to a high-end brand known for its exceptional quality.关键词
