猪附红细胞体感染家兔模型的建立
Development of a Rabbit Model of Mycoplasma suis Infection

Abstract
To develop a rabbit model of Mycoplasma suis infection,12 rabbits were performed for spleen removal and randomly divided into three groups.Group A was the model group and received 2 mL purified M.suis.;Group B served as negative control and received2 mL porcine M.suis negative blood sample.Group C was used as blank control and administered with 2 mL normal saline.After inoculation,rabbits were observed for M.suis infection by body temperature and weight measurements,PCR detection,blood routine and biochemical index checks and histopathological examination.The results showed that the body temperature and weight of rabbits in group A were significantly different from those in group B and group C(P<0.05).Rabbits in group A appeared thin,fur clutter,conjunctival yellow stains and other clinical signs.The results of blood routine testing showed that total number of red blood cells,average volume and hemoglobin content of rabbits in group A significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of hemoglobin and hemoglobin significantly decreased(P<0.01),suggesting anemia occurred in rabbits.The results of blood biochemical indexes showed that urea,white ball ratio,urinary anhydride ratio and alanine aminotransferase of rabbits in group A significantly increased(P<0.05).Globulin,creatinine and blood glucose also significantly decreased(P<0.05),suggesting that the decreased immunity and damaged liver and renal functions.The histopathological observations on rabbits in group A showed hyperemia and edema in livers and infiltration of inflammatory cells and myocardial cell hemorrhage in lungs.These results showed that a rabbit model of M.suis infection was successfully developed in this study.关键词
