Abstract
Strengthening Party building is an important path for the ruling Party to integrate non-public enterprises and consolidate the Party's ruling foundation in non-public enterprises.However,as an organization,non-public enterprises take the initiative to carry out and strengthen Party build-ing work due to the demand for survival legitimacy,dependence on external resources of the organi-zation,and the need to promote collective action within the organization.Of course,there are also possible distortions such as the deviation of Party building goals and the excessive interweaving of politics and economy,which may bring corruption risks.关键词
