Field Reshaping and Cross-Domain Interaction:Endogenous Logic of Party Building Leading the Construction of Neighborhood Governance Community

Abstract
The traditional unitary linear neighborhood governance model is difficult to respond to the realistic demands of residents'diversity,and it is necessary to innovate the neighborhood gov-ernance model,and it has become a successful practice for Party building to lead and absorb multi-ple governance elements to build a neighborhood governance community.According to the field the-ory,neighborhood governance community can be regarded as a meta-field,which can be divided into four sub-fields:grid field,negotiation field,mutual assistance field and cultural field.The remode-ling process of each sub-field can be explained from the dimensions of core actors,dominant capital actors in the field,and the habit evolution of the adjusted object,among which the grass-roots Par-ty organizations,as the core actors,have different ways to reshape various fields.In the grid field,the grass-roots government empowers the neighborhood grid,and the Party organization integrates the sinking governance resources.Grass-roots Party organizations and social organizations in the negotiation field jointly build a platform for democratic consultation.Grass-roots Party organiza-tions in the mutual aid field guide the development of social capital.Grass-roots Party organizations in the cultural field jointly carry out cultural construction with units under their jurisdiction.Grass-roots Party organizations promote cross-domain interaction among sub-fields,integrate sub-field networks,and build a neighborhood governance community.关键词
