Multiple Logic and Realization Path of Neighborhood Governance Community Construction
摘要
Abstract
The neighborhood governance community emphasizes the connection and interaction of multiple subjects,with the three characteristics of three-dimensional organizational structure,ag-gregated interests and synergistic action orientation,presenting the logic of"organization-interest-action".The neighborhood governance community is built around three levels,namely,organiza-tional reshaping,interest aggregation and action synergy.At the organizational level,the govern-ance structure is reshaped by combining vertical and horizontal aspects to create an all-around gov-ernance system that is"horizontally to the edge and vertically to the end".At the interest level,a benefit linkage and incentive mechanism is established to find the optimal balance of interests of all parties and realize the convergence of interests among multiple subjects.At the action level,con-sistent collective actions are taken to unite multiple forces and maximize the overall synergy.关键词
