Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of adrenazone tablets combined with Chinese herbal sitz bath on wound healing of perianal abscess after operation.Methods A total of 96 patients with heat-toxic incandescent perianal abscess treated in Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single Chinese medicine sitz bath,and the observation group was treated with adrenal hydrazone tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,postoperative wound healing,wound granulation score and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.17%(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in wound healing rate on the 3rd day after surgery between the two groups(P＞0.05).The wound healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in wound granulation score between the two groups on the 3rd day after surgery(P＞0.05).The wound granulation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 5th,7th and 14th day after surgery(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time,rotting meat shedding time and pus cavity healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adrenal hydrazone tablets combined with Chinese herbal sitz bath can effectively promote wound healing and recovery in patients with perianal abscess after operation.The therapeutic effect is good.关键词
