Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprorelin on patients with Uterine fibroid and its influence on sex hormones and microvessel density.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Fuxin City from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprelin acetate for injection,and the observation group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprelin.The clinical efficacy,levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),uterine volume and myoma volume,insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and microvascular density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.00%higher than that of control group 70.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P and E2 in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and myoma volume of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IGF-1,VEGF and microvessel density in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with leuprorelin has a significant therapeutic effect on Uterine fibroid,which can improve the sex hormone level of patients,reduce the uterine volume and myoma volume,significantly improve the expression levels of Insulin-like growth factor 1 and Vascular endothelial growth factor,and reduce microvessel density.关键词
