摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of addition and reduction of Tianma Guteng decoction in treating hypertension.Methods A total of 104 hypertensive patients admitted to Jinzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Dalian City from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing principle,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Guteng decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of dizziness,red face,dry mouth and bitter mouth,irritability and irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);The scores of physiological function,vitality,emotional function and overall health were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05);The effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of addition and reduction of Tianma Guteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of blood pressure,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.关键词
