大理市某三甲医院实施药品集中带量采购的效果
Effect of Centralized Drug Procurement in A Third Class Hospital of Dali City
摘要
Abstract
Objective Through statistical analysis of the data of 77 kinds of centralized drug procurement in the first 3 batches of a third class hospital in Dali City,the implementation of the policy of centralized drug procurement was understood,and the reference was provided for further improving the work of centralized drug procurement.Methods Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University as an example,this paper systematically analyzed the effect of the centralized drug procurement policy in public hospitals from the perspectives of the completion of the purchase,the proportion of the average completed purchase of selected drugs,and the proportion of the number of selected and non-selected drugs used.Results In the first batch of 23 drugs,19 exceeded tasks,16 of 24 drugs in the second batch,25 of the third batch of 34 drugs;the average proportion of selected drugs decreased from 1 988.24%to 360.68%in the third batch increased from 78.94%to 79.24%;the ratio of selected and non-selected drugs increased from 91.89%to 110.84%.Conclusion The implementation of centralized drug procurement policy can reduce the burden of medication for patients,effectively save medical insurance funds,and promote rational drug use in hospitals.关键词
