Abstract

Objective:To establish a rapid identification method for Aucklandia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei by ultra-fast gas-phase e-lectronic nose technology.Methods:Collect samples of Aucklandia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei from different sources,explore and es-tablish suitable odor analysis methods based on Heracles Ⅱ ultra-fast gas-phase electronic nose,and analyze the odor compounds of Auck-landia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei using Kovats retention index and the Arochembase database;establish principal component analysis(PC A),discriminant factor analysis(DFA),soft independent modeling of class analysis(SIMC A)and statistical quality control analysis(SQCA)models for the collected odor fingerprint information,and analyze the odor information.Results:By comparing the odor finger-print information,it was found that there are significant differences between Aucklandia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei.The established PCA,DFA,SIMCA and SQCA models can all achieve rapid identification of Aucklandia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,and accurate,providing new technology and basis for the rapid and non-destructive identification of Aucklandia lappa and Vladimiriae souliei.
