Abstract
Objective:To analyze the usage of pre-hospital emergency drugs in Beijing Emergency Center in 2022,providing reference basis for rational medication in pre-hospital emergency care.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,the varieties,sales a-mount,and frequency of pre-hospital emergency drugs used in Beijing Emergency Center were statistically analyzed using the defined daily dose(DDD)method.Results:The top three drugs with the highest frequency of usage were Epinphrine Hydrochloride Injection,Xingnao-jing Injection,and Urapidil Hydrochloride Injection.With the first three highest cost of treatment were Shenfu Injection,Xingnaojing In-jection,and Urapidil Hydrochloride Injection.Conclusion:The usage of pre-hospital emergency drugs in the hospital is generally reason-able,with antishock vasoactive drugs,antihypertensive drugs accounting for the majority in the hospital.Subsequent rational procurement and supply should be based on clinical use.关键词
