针刺联合药物治疗非手术意愿良性前列腺增生尿潴留患者的临床效果

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with urinary retention patients with non-operative willingness.Method:A total of 100 BPH with urinary retention patients admitted to Songshan Hospital,Qingdao University Medical College from December 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 patients in each group.Group A was treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and Finasteride Tablets.Group B was treated with acupuncture on the basis of group A.The maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL)score,residual urine volume and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,Qmax in group B was higher than that before treatment,IPSS,QOL score and residual urine volume in group B were lower than those before treatment,and Qmax in group B was higher than that in group A,IPSS,QOL score and residual urine volume in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of group B was 89.36%,which was higher than 29.17% of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 4.26%,which was higher than 2.08% in group A,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with drug therapy alone,acupuncture combined with drugs is more effective in the treatment of BPH with urinary retention,and patients who do not want surgery can try it.关键词
