生血宝合剂联合蔗糖铁、氨甲环酸对减少老年髋关节置换术患者围手术期失血的价值
The Effect of Shengxuebao Mixture Combined with Iron Sucrose and Tranexamic Acid on Reducing Perioperative Blood Loss in Elderly Hip Replacement

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shengxuebao Mixture combined with Iron Sucrose and Tranexamic Acid on reducing perioperative blood loss in elderly hip replacement.Method:A total of 108 patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics at the Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from September 2022 to March 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were used routine blood management solutions(Sucrose Iron+Tranexamic Acid),the patients in the observation group were used Shengxuebao Mixture on the basis of the control group.The blood routine indexes[red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT)],blood loss,blood transfusion volume,blood transfusion rate,TCM syndrome score,thrombosis,infection and other adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:Before operation,there were no significant differences in RBC,Hb and HCT between two groups(P>0.05);3 d and 7 d after operation,the level of RBC,Hb and HCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss in the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the transfusion volume and transfusion rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).Two weeks after operation,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 79.63% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse events such as observation group of deep vein thrombosis,infection rate was 3.70% (2/54),the incidence of the control group was 5.56% (3/54),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengxuebao Mixture combined with Iron Sucrose and Tranexamic Acid can reduce the elderly hip arthroplasty patients with perioperative blood loss,control bleeding volume,can improve the patients with perioperative blood routine index,improve the Qi and blood deficiency problems caused by surgery,will not increase the occurrence of adverse events,such as thrombosis,infection,get more ideal surgical treatment effect.关键词
