摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of passive exercise training under different intervention timing on growth and development of very low birth weight infants.Method:A total of 92 very low birth weight infants recorded and born in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into early group and middle group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The early group received passive exercise training at 6 weeks of corrected age and the middle group received passive exercise training at 12 weeks of corrected age.The physique,neurobehavior[neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)]and intellectual development[Gesell development schedules(GDS)]of the two groups were compared at 6 and 12 months of corrected age.Result:The body weight and head circumference of the early group were higher than those of the middle group at 6 and 12 months of corrected age,and the body length was longer than that of the middle group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The each items scores of NBNA of the early group at 6 and 12 months of corrected age were higher than those of the middle group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of gross motor,fine motor,adaptability and social behavior at 6 and 12 months of corrected age in the early group were higher than those in the middle group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in language ability scores between the two groups at 6 and 12 months of corrected age(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early adherence to passive exercise training for very low birth weight infants can promotes their physical and neuropsychological development to some extent.关键词
