Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of Ciclosporin combined with Herombopag in the treatment of patients with severe aplastic anemia.Method:A total of seventy patients with severe aplastic anemia admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected,and were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group received treatment with Ciclosporin,while the observation group received treatment with Ciclosporin combined with Herombopag.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors,peripheral blood imaging indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14% )was higher than that of the control group(82.86% ),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell count(WBC)and platelet count(PLT)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was not statistically significant compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ciclosporin combined with Herombopag can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with severe aplastic anemia,improve inflammatory indexs and peripheral blood indexs,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
