Abstract
Objective:To investigate predictive value of plasma antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),protein C(PC),protein S(PS)activity in pregnancy outcomes of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Method:A total of 80 patients with URSA who were treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the pregnancy outcomes of 80 patients were followed up and investigated.The patients with successful delivery were included in the good pregnancy outcome group(n=26),and the remaining patients were included in the adverse pregnancy outcome group(n=54).The activity levels of plasma AT-Ⅲ,PC and PS were compared between the two groups,and the value of plasma AT-Ⅲ,PC and PS in predicting pregnancy outcomes of URSA patients was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Result:The plasma levels of AT-Ⅲ,PC and PS in the adverse pregnancy outcome group were significantly lower than those in the good pregnancy outcome group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC of plasma AT-Ⅲ predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in URSA patients was 0.820,with a sensitivity of 78.75% and a specificity of 75.71% .The AUC of PC predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in URSA patients was 0.892,with a sensitivity of 88.75% and a specificity of 77.14% .The AUC of PS predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in URSA patients was 0.838,with a sensitivity of 77.50% and a specificity of 78.57% .Conclusion:The activity levels of AT-Ⅲ,PC and PS in plasma of patients with adverse pregnancy outcomes after URSA are low,indicating the existence of blood hypercoagulability in the body.Early detection of the activity levels of the above indicators can be carried out in time to improve pregnancy outcomes.关键词
