FEV1%pred、FEV1/VCmax%在不同年龄哮喘患儿临床诊断中的应用价值
The Application Value of FEV1％pred and FEV1/VCmax％ in Clinical Diagnosis of Asthma in Children of Different Ages

Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of FEV1% pred(percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to the predicted value)and FEV1/VCmax% (percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to maximal vital capacity)in the clinical diagnosis of asthma in children of different ages.Method:Asthmatic children who visited Foshan Women and Children Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were seclected,they were categorized into different age groups:pre-school age(5-6 years),early school age(7-8 years),middle school age(9-10 years),late school age(11-12 years),and early adolescence(13-14 years),with 30 cases in each group.Additionally,90 healthy children undergoing physical examinations during the same period were selected as the pre-school age control group,early school age control group,middle school age control group,late school age control group,and early adolescence control group,with 18 cases in each group.The FEV1% pred and FEV1/VCmax% of children in different groups were measured,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was utilized to establish the optimal threshold values of FEV1% pred,FEV1/VCmax% for diagnosing asthma in different groups.The sensitivity and specificity of the FEV1% pred and FEV1/VCmax% cutoff values were compared across groups.Result:The FEV1% pred and FEV1/VCmax% values in all five groups of asthmatic children were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC area of FEV1% pred and FEV1/VCmax% were the largest in the early school age group with 85.67% and 84.11% as the cut-off points,and the sensitivity and specificity were 83.3%,94.4% and 76.7%,94.4%,respectively.Conclusion:FEV1% pred and FEV1/VCmax%,as diagnostic indicators for asthma,demonstrate varied sensitivity and specificity among asthmatic children of different ages.Their optimal cut-off values can effectively guide clinical diagnosis and are of significant value in the early identification and treatment of asthma.关键词
