维生素D辅助治疗危重症疾病的作用机制及研究进展
Mechanism and Research Progress of Vitamin D Adjuvant Therapy for Critical Illness
摘要
Abstract
Critical illness is often accompanied by systemic inflammatory response syndrome.During this period,oxidative products such as reactive oxygen species and nitric oxide increase,while the concentration of protective antioxidants decreases.Imbalanced oxidative stress can lead to cell,tissue and organ damage and increase the mortality of critically ill patients.As an essential nutrient for human metabolism,vitamin D(VD)plays an important role in many physiological processes,and the role of VD in the adjuvant treatment of critically illness cannot be ignored.Recent studies have shown that VD supplementation can effectively improve the prognosis of critically ill patients and is one of the potential means for adjuvant treatment of critically illness.In this paper,the related literature of VD in the treatment of critical illness is summarized,hoping to provide help for further improving the prognosis of critical illness.关键词
