Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of conventional western medicine combined with OSTEOKING and Huoxue Bushen Decoction in the treatment of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(SONFH).Method:A total of 87 SONFH patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Trauma of Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with OSTEOKING combined with Huoxue Bushen Decoction on the basis of control group.Hip function,hemorheology,blood lipids,bone metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,each dimension score and total score of the Harris hip score(HHS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood high tangential viscosity(HBV),whole blood low tangential viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV)and hematocrit(HCT),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,osteocalcin(BGP)and type Ⅰ procollagen amino terminal propeptide(PⅠNP)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with OSTEOKING and Huoxue Bushen Decoction can improve blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in patients with SONFH,and accelerate the recovery of hip joint function with good safety.关键词
