The Effect of Electromyographic Biofeedback Combined with Lower Limb Intelligent Feedback Training System on Lower Limb Motor Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨结合肌电生物反馈和下肢智能反馈训练系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能产生的影响.方法:选择 2023 年 4 月—2024 年 1 月江门市人民医院收治的 60 例脑卒中偏瘫患者,用随机数字表法将患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组 30 例.对照组接受常规的脑卒中康复治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用肌电生物反馈联合下肢智能反馈训练系统.比较两组干预前、干预 4 周后的胫前肌最大等长收缩时的积分肌电值(iEMG)、简式Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能(FMA)评分、Holden步行功能分级、Barthel指数(BI)变化情况.结果:干预 4 周,两组患者在iEMG、FMA评分、Holden步行功能分级、BI评分均较干预前明显提高,并且治疗组干预 4 周的各项指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在脑卒中偏瘫患者中,肌电生物反馈联合下肢智能反馈训练系统可明显改善患者的下肢运动功能,增强患者步行能力,并显著提升患者日常生活活动能力.

Objective:To explore the effect of the combination of electromyographic biofeedback and lower limb intelligent feedback training system on lower limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:Sixty patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the People's Hospital of Jiangmen from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional stroke rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group was based on the control group with electromyographic biofeedback combined with lower extremity intelligent feedback training system.The changes in integrated electromyographic(iEMG),simplified Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function(FMA)score,Holden walking function grading,and Barthel index(BI)were compared between the two groups before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention,iEMG,FMA scores,Holden walking function grade and BI scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with before intervention,and the levels of various indicators in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with hemiplegia after stroke,myoelectric biofeedback combined with lower extremity intelligent feedback training system can significantly improve the lower extremity motor function,enhance the walking ability of patients,and significantly improve the ability of daily living activities of patients.
