Effect of Intraspinal Anesthesia on Postoperative Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur
目的:探讨椎管内麻醉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后认知功能的影响.方法:选取2020年8 月—2023 年 8 月龙南市第一人民医院收治的 80 例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均行手术治疗,根据麻醉方式不同分为两组,各 40 例.对照组采用全身麻醉,试验组采用椎管内麻醉.比较两组术后恢复指标及气管插管时(T0)、切皮时(T1)、术毕(T2)、术后 30 min(T3)血流动力学指标[平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)]水平,比较…查看全部>>
