Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of interventional embolism timing on patients with rupture of cerebral aneurysm and its influence on nerve injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with rupture of cerebral aneurysm admitted to Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected for retrospective study,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the treatment timing.Group A received interventional embolism after 3 d of admission,group B received interventional embolism within 3 d of admission.Embolization effect,total complication rate,before and after treatment of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and serum nerve injury indexes[neuron specific enolase(NSE),S100 calcium binding protein B(S100B)and myelin basic protein(MBP)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The embolization effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A,and the incidence of total complications was significantly lower than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NIHSS score and serum nerve injury indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NIHSS scores of group B were significantly better than those of group A at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,serum nerve injury indexes in both groups 3,7 and 14 days after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early interventional embolism is effective in patients with rupture of cerebral aneurysm,which is helpful to improve nerve function and reduce complications.关键词
