化湿降浊饮配合三黄散外敷对痛风性关节炎患者的影响
Effects of Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction Combined with Sanhuang Powder for External Application on Patients with Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with external application of Sanhuang Powder on gouty arthritis(GA)patients.Method:A total of 86 GA patients admitted to Lujiang Branch of Siming Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into internal and external combination group and simple external application group,with 43 cases in each group.The simple external application group was treated with external application of Sanhuang Powder,and the internal and external combination group was treated with internal administration of Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with external application of Sanhuang Powder,all were treated for 4 week.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pain relief,inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte settlement rate(ESR),serum uric acid],clinical efficacy,quality of life(QOL)score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,ESR,CRP and serum uric acid levels of the internal and external combination group were significantly lower than those of the simple external application group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the internal and external combination group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the simple external application group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL score of the internal and external combination group was higher than that of the simple external application group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huashi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with external application of Sanhuang Powder can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,alleviate clinical symptoms,effectively reduce ESR,CRP and serum uric acid levels in patients with GA,thereby improving clinical efficacy,besides,the combined treatment can improve the quality of life,no increase in adverse reactions.关键词
