益气固本汤联合肺功能康复训练治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对患者气道重塑和气道炎症的影响
Effect of Yiqi Guben Decoction Combined with Lung Function Rehabilitation Training on Bronchial Asthma and Its Effect on Airway Remodeling and Airway Inflammation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training on bronchial asthma and the effect on airway remodeling and airway inflammation.Method:A total of 88 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine+lung function rehabilitation training,and the study group was received Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,lung function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FVC)(FEV1/FVC%)],airway remodeling indexes[total airway area(TA),tube wall area(WA),lumen area(LA)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,airway remodeling indexes,lung function indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TA,LA,PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%of the study group were higher than those before treatment,WA,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α were lower than those before treatment,and TA,LA,PEF,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and WA,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training has a remarkable effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms,improve airway remodeling and reduce airway inflammation.关键词
