硬膜外神经阻滞联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,Guizhou Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epidural nerve block,and the observation group was treated with epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture.The efficacy,pain degree,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of each dimensions in generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epidural nerve block combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively reduce pain degree,improve lumbar function,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
