Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of multimedia video anticoagulation education combined with bed rehabilitation bicycle exercise on patients after heart valve replacement(HVR).Method:A total of 220 patients who received HVR in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group(n=115)and the control group(n=105)by random number table method.The observation group received multimedia imaging anticoagulation education combined with bed rehabilitation training bicycle exercise intervention,the control group received bed rehabilitation training bicycle exercise intervention.Cardiac function indexes,health literacy scores,self-management ability and complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Result:5 days after operation,BNP level in observation group was lower than that in control group,LVEF level was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the health literacy and self-management ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group and the control group were 2.61%and 7.62%,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multimedia imaging anticoagulation education combined with bed rehabilitation bicycle exercise in patients after HVR can promote the recovery of cardiac function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve health literacy and self-management ability,which is suitable for promotion.关键词
