Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of special nursing under the theory of health empowerment combined with acceptance and commitment therapy on self-care ability,health literacy and compliance behavior of patients with urinary calculus.Method:A total of 106 patients with urinary calculus admitted to the 925th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 53 patients in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,the control group received acceptance and commitment therapy on the basis of routine nursing;the observation group was given special nursing under the theory of health empowerment on the basis of control group.Self-care ability,health literacy and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-care ability and health literacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge,the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),health intention,interaction,access to information in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical medicine,diet,exercise and disease cognition in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of special nursing under the theory of health empowerment combined with acceptance and commitment therapy can improve the self-care ability of patients with urinary calculus,significantly enhance their health literacy level.关键词
