应用异体硬脑膜行改良后巩膜加固术治疗病理性近视的临床效果观察
Clinical Observation of the Effect of Modified Posterior Sclera Reinforcement Using Allogeneic Dura Meninge in the Treatment of Pathological Myopia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect modified posterior scleral reinforcement(PSR)using allogeneic dura meninge in the treatment of pathologic myopia(PM).Method:A total of 30 patients(33 eyes)with PM admitted to Nanchang Aier Eye Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected,and all of them were treated with modified PSR using allogeneic dura meninge.The diopter(SE),ocular axis length,blood flow density of optic disc and macular,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and intraocular pressure(IOP)were compared before and after treatment,and the postoperative complications were recorded.Result:At 3 months after treatment,the SE,blood density of superficial capillary plexus(SCP),deep capillary plexus(DCP)in macular area was higher than those before treatment,and ocular axis length was shorter than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in BCVA,IOP,blood density in and around optic disc before treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).No serious complications occurred in 30 patients in the short term after surgery,but all of them developed mild conjunctival hyperemia and edema,symptoms were significantly relieved after 2 weeks,3 cases(3 eyes)had mild visual deformation,and 4 cases(4 eyes)had transient intraocular pressure increase,all of which improved after 7 d of intraocular pressure lowering drops.Conclusion:Modified PSR using allogeneic dura meninge is safe and feasible to treat PM,improve retinal blood circulation in macular area,and delay the growth of SE and ocular axis length.关键词
