Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive and perceptual dysfunction training combined with electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy in male patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from September 2021 to September 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=51)received electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy, and the observation group(n=51)received cognitive and perceptual dysfunction training on the basis of electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy. Both groups continued intervention for 1 month.Psychiatric symptoms, cognitive function and social function were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 month of intervention, the scores of activation, hostility, lack of vitality, thought disorder, anxiety and melancholy in the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention, the scores of orientation, ability of memory, ability of recall, language function and calculation in the mini mental status examination(MMSE)of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention, the scores of mobility and communication, ability of daily living and ability of social activities in the scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI)of observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive and perceptual dysfunction training combined with electroencephalographic biofeedback therapy can reduce the psychiatric symptoms of male patients with schizophrenia, promote their cognitive function, and effectively improve their social function.关键词
