摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)is increasing year by year.Myocardial fibrosis is a pathological change characterized by abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts,excessive deposition and abnormal distribution of collagen.Under pathological conditions(such as hypertension,cardiomyopathy and coronary heart disease),myocardial function is damaged,and a series of changes occur in cardiomyocytes or extracellular matrix and collagen fiber connective tissue.This process is called myocardial remodeling,and myocardial fibrosis is the basic pathological process of myocardial remodeling.Berberine can improve myocardial fibrosis.This article reviews the pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis and the research progress of berberine and myocardial fibrosis.关键词
