ChatGPT辅助下FC-TBL联合教学法在急诊专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值OA
Application value of ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL combined teaching method in the standardized training of residents in Emergency Department
目的 为保障急诊专业住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,尝试在ChatGPT辅助下将FC-TBL(flipped classroom-team based learning,FC-TBL)联合教学法应用于急诊住培教学.方法 选取宁波市第二医院 2023年 1-4 月在急诊轮转的 40名住院医师为研究对象,分为试验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20).其中,试验组采用FC-TBL联合教学法,并由该组指导医师给予全程ChatGPT辅助进行教学;对照组采用传统教学法.培训结束后,比较两组教学效果的差异.结果 试验组培训后理论成绩、技能成绩及临床思维成绩 均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(89.95±2.743 vs.86.20±4.073;94.15±2.300 vs.89.15±2.300;87.65±3.760 vs.82.65±4.271,P<0.05).在临床思维、自主学习、医患沟通、团队协作四个方面,试验组的临床实践反馈情况评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(中位数[四分位数间距]:2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.1.00[2.00,2.00];2.00[3.00,3.00]vs.1.25[2.00,2.00],P<0.05).并且对于整个教学过程的满意度,试验组也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(85%vs.35%,P=0.001).结论 ChatGPT辅助下FC-TBL联合教学法在急诊专业规范化培训教学中的应用价值显著,有助于提高住院医师的成绩及解决临床问题的能力,值得推广.
Objective To ensure the teaching quality of standardized training for residents in the Emergency Department,application of ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL(flipped classroom-team based learning)combined teaching method was made in Emergency resident training.Methods 40 resi-dents who rotated in the Emergency Department of Ningbo No.2 Hospital from January to April 2023 were selected into the research,with 20 residents in the experimental group and 20 residents in the control group.FC-TBL combined teaching method was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group with teachers giving ChatGPT assistance during the whole teaching process,while traditional teaching method was used in the teaching of the control group.After the training,teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the scores of theory,skill and clinical thinking of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(89.95±2.743 vs.86.20±4.073;94.15±2.300 vs.89.15±2.300;87.65±3.760 vs.82.65±4.271,P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice feedback of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in clinical thinking,self-learning,doctor-patient communi-cation and teamwork,and the differences were statistically significant(median[interquartile range]:2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.1.00[2.00,2.00];2.00[3.00,3.00]vs.1.25[2.00,2.00],P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group was more satisfied with the whole teaching process than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(85%vs.35%,P=0.001).Conclusion ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL com-bined teaching method demonstrates significant value of application in the standardized training and teaching of Emergency specialty,which is conducive to the improvement of residents'performance and their ability to solve clinical problems.It is worth further popularization.
