ChatGPT辅助下FC-TBL联合教学法在急诊专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值
Application value of ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL combined teaching method in the standardized training of residents in Emergency Department

Abstract
Objective To ensure the teaching quality of standardized training for residents in the Emergency Department,application of ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL(flipped classroom-team based learning)combined teaching method was made in Emergency resident training.Methods 40 resi-dents who rotated in the Emergency Department of Ningbo No.2 Hospital from January to April 2023 were selected into the research,with 20 residents in the experimental group and 20 residents in the control group.FC-TBL combined teaching method was adopted in the teaching of the experimental group with teachers giving ChatGPT assistance during the whole teaching process,while traditional teaching method was used in the teaching of the control group.After the training,teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the scores of theory,skill and clinical thinking of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(89.95±2.743 vs.86.20±4.073;94.15±2.300 vs.89.15±2.300;87.65±3.760 vs.82.65±4.271,P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice feedback of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in clinical thinking,self-learning,doctor-patient communi-cation and teamwork,and the differences were statistically significant(median[interquartile range]:2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.2.00[1.00,2.00];2.00[2.00,3.00]vs.1.00[2.00,2.00];2.00[3.00,3.00]vs.1.25[2.00,2.00],P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group was more satisfied with the whole teaching process than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(85%vs.35%,P=0.001).Conclusion ChatGPT-assisted FC-TBL com-bined teaching method demonstrates significant value of application in the standardized training and teaching of Emergency specialty,which is conducive to the improvement of residents'performance and their ability to solve clinical problems.It is worth further popularization.关键词
