高校教师数字素养能力培养现状、问题及启示
Current situation,problems and enlightenment of training digital literacy ability of college teachers

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of fostering digital literacy abilities of college teachers and provide reference for relevant research on the digital literacy of college teachers.Methods Searches were conducted across various database websites,including PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP(Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database),and China Biomedical Litera-ture Database.The search encompassed articles published from the establishment of the databases un-til July 2023.Following a comprehensive review and analysis,the findings underwent discussions.Results The study includes 28 articles,highlighting that college teachers'digital literacy predomi-nantly manifests through information literacy.Research on path for enhancement primarily focuses on facilitating teachers'learning of information literacy and improving their practical skills in information technology.Various factors influence these aspects,and assessment approaches revolve around vari-ous dimensions of digital literacy,utilizing a variety of assessment tools.Conclusion There is a need for further refinement of the assessment system for the digital literacy of college teachers.It is crucial to develop tangible strategies to enhance teachers'digital literacy in response to various influencing factors.The cultivation and improvement of digital literacy abilities among university teachers can be regarded as a research direction for professional development in the future.关键词
