Research on the integration of three-dimensional function of curriculum ideology and politics of"Health Law"

Abstract
Law is the written morality,and morality is the inner law.There is a natural inte-gration between them."Health Law",a law course offered by China's colleges and universities,has an inherent advantage in the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.With the steady progress of the modernization of China's national governance system and governance capacity,new require-ments have been put forward for the teaching reform of curriculum ideology and politics of"Health Law".At the same time,it is also imperative to carry out teaching reform based on the cross-disciplinary characteristics in order to cultivate medical students who meet the needs of modern medi-cal mode.In terms of the functional attribution,the construction of curriculum ideology and politics of"Health Law"has a three-dimensional function of strengthening ideological and political education,improving legal literacy,and shaping professional abilities.However,in teaching practice,the ideo-logical and political functions are blocked and not coordinated,and there are practical difficulties in bal-ancing ideological and political education with legal knowledge teaching,as well as in integrating ideo-logical and political education with professional skill training.In the future,the integration of the three-dimensional function of curriculum ideology and politics of"Health Law"could be realized through the three-way externalization of perfecting course content,improving teaching practice,and optimizing as-sessment standards.关键词
