目的 分析手足口病患儿胃生长激素释放素水平与Toll样受体(TLR)4信号通路的相关性,并探讨胃生长激素释放素在手足口病炎症免疫反应中的作用机制.方法 回顾性分析100例手足口病患儿的临床资料,根据病情将其分为轻症组(n=65)和重症组(n=35),另选择100例健康儿童作为对照组(n=100).比较三组胃生长激素释放素水平、TLR4阳性表达率和平均荧光强度(MFI),应用线性相关分析探究胃生长激素释放素水平与TLR4阳性表达率、MFI的相关性.…查看全部>>
