经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗肠梗阻的研究进展
Research progress in the treatment of intestinal obstruction by catheter placement through nasal ileus

Abstract
Intestinal obstruction may be a partial or complete obstruction of intestinal tract due to physiological or pathological reasons.Gastrointestinal decompression is the first principle in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.At present,although gastric tube decompression is the main method in clinical gastrointestinal decompression treatment,the efficacy of gastric tube decompression and its attraction to intestinal contents are limited,especially in the treatment of low intestinal obstruction.Catheter placement through nasal ileus is an interventional medical procedure to treat intestinal obstruction,in which the catheter is guided to gastrointestinal tract through nostril to relieve intestinal obstruction,especially when obstruction leads to serious symptoms or life-threatening.The nasal ileus catheter can follow the intestinal peristalsis to the proximal end of the obstruction,and continue to effectively decompress the gastrointestinal tract,which can provide a good foundation for surgery,reduce the occurrence of surgical accidents and reduce postoperative complications.In this paper,the related literature reports are reviewed,and the clinical research progress of catheter placement through nasal ileus in the treatment of intestinal obstruction is reviewed,so as to provide certain reference for the clinical treatment of intestinal obstruction.关键词
