互联网+全程化管理在泌尿外科日间手术管理中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objebtive To explore the application effect analysis of Internet+whole-process management in urological day operation management.Methods A total of 160 patients hospitalized in the Department of Urology Surgery,Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 who returned to the hospital for ureteral stent extraction after kidney stone or ureteral stone operation were randomly assigned,among them,the experimental group(n=80)received Internet+daily ureteral stent extraction,and the control group(n=80)received routine management of daily ureteral stent extraction.The pain,anxiety and depression of the two groups were scored before and after the nursing intervention,and the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05),and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Internet+whole-process management for ureteral stent removal in urology can not only improve patients'pain,anxiety and depression,but also improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complications.关键词
