药师参与社区慢性病药物治疗管理的实践与研究
Practice and research on pharmacists'participation in medicine treatment management of chronic diseases in community

Abstract
Objective To investigate the working methods of pharmacists in developing medicine treatment management(MTM)for chronic diseases in the community,so as to improve the management level of drug treatment for chronic diseases.Methods A total of 48 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases who participated in the lecture on MTM of chronic diseases in Baise Chengdong Community Health Service Center of Youjiang District from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=24)by random number table method.The control group was treated with the original treatment method,while the observation group was treated with the way of pharmacists participating in MTM.After a 3-month follow-up survey,the differences between the two groups of patients were compared in three aspects,which were problems related to irrational drug use,medication compliance and evaluation of drug treatment effectiveness.Results The rate of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pharmacists'intervention in MTM has effectively improved the medication cognitive level,safety and compliance of patients with chronic diseases,significantly improves the drug treatment effect of patients with chronic diseases,and provides reference for pharmacists on how to carry out MTM services for chronic diseases.关键词
