Analysis of the effect of combination of betahistine and gastrodin with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of hypertensive dizziness
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of combination of betahistine and gastrodin with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of hypertensive dizziness.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive dizziness admitted to People's Hospital of Yangjiang from July 2021 to December 2022 were divided the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine+gastrodin and the research group was treated with betahistine+gastrodin combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,respectively.The therapeutic efficacy,scores of life behavioral ability,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of life behavior ability of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy combined with betahistine+gastrodin can be applied to hypertensive dizziness patients in clinical treatment,which can improve their activities of daily living and achieve better clinical outcomes.关键词
