《中医"养心"知信行量表》的编制及信效度评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop the Iraditional Chinese Medicine"Nourishing Heart"Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale and evaluate its reliability and validity,so as to provide an evaluation tool for the health management of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)"Nourishing Heart"and improve the accuracy of TCM"Nourishing Heart"education and health intervention.Methods Based on the theory of knowledge-belief/attitude-practice(hereinafter referred to as"Knowledge-Attitude-Practice[KAP]"),through literature review and combined with expert opinions,the TCM"Nourishing Heart"KAP Scale was initially compiled.Taking the convenient sampling method,412 freshmen and sophomores from six non-medical majors in Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as samples for investigation and statistical analysis.Results The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.884(＞0.8),and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension were within 0.806-0.894(＞0.8).The Spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficient was 0.932.The cumulative contribution rate of three common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 51.358％.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well and had good discriminant validity.Conclusion The 23 items of TCM"Nourishing Heart"KAP Scale have good reliability and validity,and can be used in TCM"Nourishing Heart"KAP assessment and health management.关键词
