Abstract
The experiment adopts the alkaline roasting alkaline leaching vanadium method to leach vanadium from vanadium concentrate.The results indicate that the roasting process of vanadium concentrate uses NaCl+Na2CO3 as additives,and temperature has a significant impact on the roasting effect of vanadium concentrate.At a temperature of 750℃,the vanadium leaching rate can reach 84.05%.The dosage of additives has a certain impact on the roasting effect of vanadium concentrate,when the dosage of NaCl additives is 200 kg/t of concentrate and Na2CO3 is 200 kg/t of concentrate,the vanadium leaching rate can reach 81.31%.Raising the leaching temperature of calcined sand is beneficial for the leaching of vanadium.The use of sodium carbonate solution for leaching of calcined sand is beneficial for improving the vanadium leaching rate.When the concentration of Na2CO3 is 1 mol/L,the vanadium leaching rate can exceed 80%.关键词
