Abstract
The comprehensive promotion of the construction of happy rivers and lakes is an important measure to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and to implement the important instructions of the Secretary Xi Jinping on"accelerating the construction of a beautiful Hebei with blue sky,green earth,and beautiful water"and"a happy river for the benefit of the people".Based on background and significance of building happy rivers,this paper comprehensively introduces the main practices,current results and existing problems in Cangzhou South Canal.This will provide a reference for improving the governance and management system of rivers and lakes,and constructing happy rivers and lakes.关键词
