Abstract
This article compares and studies the physical principles and process of electric steam humidification and ultrasonic humidification,and designs an air treatment system with ultrasonic combined electric steam humidification.The air handling system of a dehumidifier laboratory was renovated.By comparing the test energy consumption of an integral refrigeration dehumidifier with a nominal dehumidification capacity of 100kg/h,it was found that the operating energy consumption of the air handling system was significantly reduced after the renovation,with a reduction rate of 41.3%.This case demonstrates that ultrasonic humidification has significant promotion value in the air treatment system of dehumidifier laboratories,and can provide engineering experience for energy-saving transformation for relevant laboratories.关键词
