数字技术助力乡村振兴的掣肘与突破路径

Abstract
The 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way is still in rural areas,and the digital rural area is an important way to realize agricultural and rural modernization.The promotion of digital technology in rural areas has achieved results,but the empowerment effect of digital technology on rural revitalization is seriously affected by the weak digital infrastructure in rural areas,the low digital awareness of farmers,the scarcity of digital talents in rural areas,the unmatched degree of educational models in colleges and universities,and network security.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of digital rural policy,raising digital awareness,training digital talents,ensuring rural network security,reforming higher education and so on,thereby can provide reference experience for promoting rural digital construction and realizing the high-quality development of rural economy.关键词
